High temperature resistance
The upper limit of the operating temperature is 350℃ (gold electrode model), ordinary epoxy resin encapsulation only supports 120℃, and glass encapsulation effectively isolates high-temperature oxidation and chemical corrosion.
The airtight structure prevents moisture penetration and is suitable for high temperature and high humidity environments such as microwave ovens and industrial ovens.
Fast response capability
The thermal time constant is ≤6.5 seconds (in static air), and the micro-droplet-shaped encapsulation (diameter 1.5~3mm) reduces the heat capacity and realizes millisecond-level dynamic temperature measurement.
High precision and stability
The photolithography process ensures resistance accuracy of ±1%, B value range of 3380K~4100K, and the nominal resistance at 25℃ covers 3K~200KΩ48.
The glass material is aging-resistant, and the resistance drift rate is <0.5%/year for long-term use.
