KSD301, 302 series snap-action are thermostats that use bimetallic discs (1/2″ disc) as temperature sensing components to control thermal cut-off switches. KSD301 series bimetal thermostat is a kind of miniature hermetically sealed bimetal thermostat. It is of single-pole single-throw structure and works under resistive load. KSD301 bimetal thermostat is in wide use in a great variety of compact type home appliances with automatic reset or manual reset to provide temperature control or temperature protection.

1. (KSD301 surface mount thermostat) When using contact temperature sensing surface mount for installation, the metal cover should be close to the installation surface of the controlled device to ensure the temperature sensing effect. Thermal conductive silicone grease or other thermal conductive media with similar performance should be applied to the temperature sensing surface.
2. Do not collapse, loosen or deform the top of the cover during installation to avoid affecting performance.
3. Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the thermostat, do not allow cracks to appear on the outer shell, and do not change the shape of the external terminal at will.
4. Kada se proizvod koristi u krugu sa strujom ne većom od 5A, a cable with a copper core section of 0.5-1㎜2 should be selected for connection; when used in a circuit with a current of no more than 10A, a cable with a copper core section of 0.75-1.5㎜2 should be selected for connection.
