KSD301 Temperature Limit Switch
KSD301 realizes temperature control through bimetallic temperature sensing element: When the temperature of the equipment reaches the preset action temperature, the bimetallic strip is deformed by heat and instantly drives the contact to disconnect the circuit; after the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the contact automatically closes and resumes power.
KSD301 is a widely used bimetallic temperature-controlled Limit switch, mainly used for overheat protection or temperature control of electrical equipment. Its main features and information are as follows:
I. Core Principle
KSD301 realizes temperature control through bimetallic temperature sensing element: When the temperature of the equipment reaches the preset action temperature, the bimetallic strip is deformed by heat and instantly drives the contact to disconnect the circuit; after the temperature drops to the reset temperature, the contact automatically closes and resumes power.

III. Specifications and Types
Contact Form
Normal Closed (NC): The contact disconnects when the temperature rises (most commonly used).
Normal Open (NO): The contact connects when the temperature rises.
Mounting Structure
Bent-leg/flat-angle terminals are optional (remarks are required when placing an order).
Enclosure protection level: IP00 (metal enclosure grounded).
