10250 V RY RH termokaitse enne kasutamist:
The metal shell of the SF type overheat fuse contains a movable electrode, a spring and a thermistor. Spring B is installed in a compressed state, and the spring force is used to make lead A, movable electrode, metal shell and lead B conductive.
After the RY RH thermal fuse is activated:
When the ambient temperature exceeds the fuse action temperature, the heat transferred through the metal shell melts the thermistor particles, and springs A and B are both extended, but the elastic force in the A direction is large, forcing spring B to press toward the B side, thereby disconnecting lead A and the movable electrode to cut off the circuit.
2: Thermal circuit breaker (SM type)
The low melting point alloy is installed in the ceramic shell as a heat-sensitive material. Its cut-off current is 0.5A, 1A, and 2A. It has the advantage of being directly installed at the temperature detection location.

Principle:
Before action:
Lead A and lead B are connected to the circuit together with the fusible element. The outer surface of the rotator is covered with flux.
After operation:

Common installation methods include:
Welding, splicing, and welding
(1) Installation position: more than 5 mm from the fuse body.
(2) Do not allow the welding heat to cause the temperature to exceed the fuse action temperature during welding.
Solutions:
a. Clamp the tool or fixture near the shell to dissipate heat;
b. Shorten the operation time;
c. Reduce the welding temperature;
d. Weld away from the fuse body.
(3) Do not increase the resistance during splicing or welding.
If the resistance of the connection part is too large, abnormal heating will cause the fuse to operate when the power is turned on. Especially in splicing situations, the resistance will increase due to thermal cycles or temperature.
(4) After installation, do not pull, vajutage, or twist the lead wire.
(5) Do not allow the resin-sealed lead wire to contact the fuse body. If contact is made, the current can be transmitted to the other end through the metal shell, and the purpose of cutting off the circuit cannot be achieved.
(6) The SF type cannot contact the metal part of the installation part.
(7) When crimping, the rear part cannot be loose, and copper crimping terminals are suitable.
(8) The installation location should be where the machine is prone to failure and generates the most abnormal heat.

The Thermal DF Series Thermal Cutoffs are single action devices that open when
a preset temperature is reached. They do not reset. The active component of a thermal
cutoff is an electrically insulated thermal pellet. This pellet holds a spring loaded
contact against a fixed contact under normal operating temperatures. (See Fig. 1)
When the preset temperature of the cutoff is reached, the pellet liquifies, the springs
relax, and the spring loaded contact is moved away from the fixed contact, opening the
vooluring. The DF Series is the right choice for applications requiring an inexpensive
limit protector with 15A capability.
