1. Please do not use the thermal fuse for purposes other than the function of thermal overheating insurance. The thermal overheating fuse is manufactured for the purpose of detecting the overheating rise of temperature and cutting off the circuit. It does not have the insurance function of cutting off the circuit due to excessive current, so it cannot be used as a current fuse. To avoid accidents.
2. Please do not use it in aerospace machinery, aviation machinery, atomic power generation control systems, devices and systems for the purpose of protecting life, and the engine control and safety-related components of transportation machinery. The thermal overheating fuse is manufactured for use in household appliances, OA machines, AV machines, calculators, communication machines, measuring machines and personal machines.
3. The designer selects the type of thermal overheating fuse according to the purpose, determines the installation location, installation method, itd., and it is necessary to judge whether it is appropriate. In order to evaluate these items, the finished product with the thermal overheating fuse installed in the actual use state should be repeatedly tested in the normal use environment and predictable possible abnormal conditions to confirm its function.
4. When designing, please do not let the temperature of the overheat fuse exceed the temperature shown in the table below. If this temperature is exceeded, the overheat fuse may fail to operate at a temperature lower than the operating temperature, or may fail to operate at a temperature higher than the operating temperature.
