Operation Principle
When the temperature rises to the set value, the contact automatically connects the circuit; when the temperature drops to the reset value, the contact automatically disconnects the circuit, which is the opposite of the normally closed type (disconnected when the temperature rises and connected when the temperature drops).

Normally Open State:
The KSD301 is designed to have its contacts in an open state when the surrounding temperature is below the specified operating temperature. This means the circuit connected to the KSD301 is broken, preventing current flow.
Temperature Trigger:

Multimeter detection:
At room temperature (below the action temperature): the resistance of the two pins should be infinite (circuito abierto).
After heating (above the action temperature): the resistance value drops to tens of ohms (circuito abierto).
Marking distinction: The product body is usually marked with “NO” (Normalmente abierto) o “Normalmente abierto”.
