A capillary thermostat works by using a temperature-sensitive fluid in a sealed system to detect changes in the ambient temperature. 隨著溫度嘅變化, the fluid expands or contracts, applying pressure to a diaphragm or bellows, which mechanically activates a snap-action switch to open or close an electrical circuit, controlling a connected device.
