The Thermostat Switch KSD301 bimetallic disc operates in a Normally Open (唔係) configuration. This means the circuit is initially open (disconnected) at normal temperatures. When the temperature rises to a predefined threshold, the bimetallic disc bends, closing the circuit and allowing current flow.

NC type is the “emergency brake” for safety protection, and NO type is the “temperature trigger” for intelligent control. The action logics of the two are complementary. The selection must strictly match the circuit function requirements (comprehensive).

The bimetallic strip is the “溫度傳感器 + actuator” integrated component of KSD301. Its disc-shaped structure design and alloy ratio directly determine the temperature control accuracy and reliability.
