TB02, KW-C1 motor thermal protector is a device that prevents a motor from overheating and catching fire by automatically turning off the motor’s electricity when it detects excessive heat. Thermal protectors are typically installed inside the motor.
Thermal protectors work by monitoring the heat generated by the motor and interrupting the line power when it exceeds a safe operating temperature. Once the motor cools down, the thermal protector resets and the motor can be used again.
