Practical tips: Bake the sensor head with a lighter, and the normal resistance should drop from 100KΩ to below 10KΩ.

Indirect temperature measurement: heat conduction through the ceramic panel, there is a response delay (about 1-2 sekúnd);
Accuracy deviation: ±3℃~5℃, affecting low-temperature cooking control
